1:1 Monthly Personal Training

With my 1:1 monthly personal training, we look at your short, medium and long terms goals. we then use those goals to implement a program to help reach those desired goals in the best way possible. 
 

Weekly 1:1 sessions

This is a weekly 1:1 session that will go through a routine involved within your training program. This will be a 1-hour session on the gym floor.

Nutritional advice and Guidance

Here, we will do an in depth break down of your required calorie intake for your goals. We look at your macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and we can then work together to find the best solution with your current lifestyle and future goals in mind.

Personalised Training Program

This is a session-by-session guide tailored to your goals. Giving you the guidance, you may need when training in the gym by yourself.

Check in's, questions or queries

This will be through WhatsApp. I will be there for any questions or queries you might have to help us reach that end result!
