Group training is for when you want to training with a partner/ friend who has similar goals to yourselves. With this, it gives you the comfort to train with someone and stay on track with your own goals in mind. It is a great way to know that someone is by your side, through every step of the way.

Weekly 1:1 sessions (Group sessions)

Group training is a joint personal training session with a partner or friend. This is ideal for two people who have a similar goal or who enjoy training together. This also helps with people who may be a little uncomfortable training alone in a gym environment.

Nutritional advice and Guidance
Here, we will do an in depth break down of your required calorie intake for your goals. We look at your macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and we can then work together to find the best solution with your current lifestyle and future goals in mind. This part of the coaching will be individually assessed to meet the nutritional guidance needed on a singular basis.

Personalised Training Program
This is a session-by-session guide tailored to your goals. As this will be based on two people training together, the programs will be suited to both your requirements. This will give you the guidance to train throughout the week, around the personal training sessions.

Our check ins will be done during our weekly personal training sessions. However, if you have any questions throughout the week, my what’s app will be available to you to ask any questions.
