Online Training gives you the freedom to train at your local facilities, but with all the extra benefits such as, Nutritional advise and guidance, personalised training program and weekly check ins via phone call/ zoom chats.

Weekly zoom/ phone calls
This is a weekly check to see how we are progressing. We will outline the steps needed to make sure you have all the information required to tackle the week ahead. This time will be used to go over any changes made to either you’re programming or nutrition.

Nutritional advice and Guidance
Here, we will do an in depth break down of your required calorie intake for your goals. We look at your macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and we can then work together to find the best solution with your current lifestyle and future goals in mind.

Personalised Training Program
This is a session-by-session guide tailored to your goals. Giving you the guidance, you may need when training in the gym by yourself.
