Holiday Programming

Holiday programming is ideal if you are looking to get yourself into a specific shape for an upcoming event. it could be your "big day" or maybe your going on holiday and want to drop a few pounds. whatever it be, this could be the choice to go for you. 

 

These will be in either 6,9 or 12 weeks programming. 
 

Weekly 1:1 sessions

This is a weekly 1:1 session that will go through a routine involved within your training program. This will be a 1-hour session on the gym floor.

Nutritional advice and Guidance

Here, we will do an in depth break down of your required calorie intake to help you get in shape for that all important upcoming event. We look at your macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and we can then work together to find the best solution with your current lifestyle and future goals in mind.

Personalised Training Program

This is a session-by-session guide tailored to your goals. Giving you the guidance, you may need when training in the gym by yourself.

This will be through WhatsApp. I will be there for any questions or queries you might have to help us reach that end result!
