About Me.

Hi, my name is Matthew Commander and I am a certified fitness coach.

I have spent my whole life, playing a variety of sports from football to table tennis during my school years. Throughout my early teens my focus was on football, until I got to the age of 16 and found the gym. Since then, I haven't looked back.

​

I am a big believer that everyone should lift weights. Whether it be for gaining muscle or looking to lose a few pounds after the festive season. Exercise helps boost energy, builds confidence, and makes you look and feel great!

My goal in the fitness world is to help as many people as possible reach their full potential, to feel confident in the gym and have the skills that can improve your everyday life.
